In “Five Weeks to POSITIVE Results”, you will walk with me through the first five weeks of my contest preparation for the 2013 NPC Team Universe learning the training, nutritional, motivational and mental strategies that I used and that YOU will need to succeed in competition or in your own personal physique transformation.  These are also the same strategies I used at the 2013 NPC Masters Nationals to earn my current status as an International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) Physique Professional.

Preparing for a competition is a gradual process consisting of several “phases”. The first “phase” or the first five weeks is less challenging than the subsequent phases of competition preparation.  This makes “Five Weeks to POSITIVE Results” suitable for both those who are pursuing their own personal physique transformation or investigating the possibility of future competitions as well as those who are beginning to prepare for a specific contest date.

In Part I of “Five Weeks to POSITIVE Results”, you will step inside the competition doors and learn who competitive athletes are as well as read my own personal story. I will answer questions you may have about Bodybuilding and Fitness competitions, the various divisions, which one is right for YOU, how to get started as a competitive athlete, and what it takes.  You can then decide if this is something YOU want to pursue!

In Part II, you will go through the first five weeks of your transformation along with me as I prepare for the 2013 NPC Team Universe.  In Week One of your preparation, you determine your target date to either step on the competitive stage or you set your own self-imposed date to achieve your ultimate physique. You also begin developing the POSITIVE, winning mindset that you will need to reach your goals. At the end of week one, your competition journey and mine begins!

Each subsequent week in Part II represents another week in my contest preparation and yours as you prepare for your contest or personal physique transformation.  You walk with me through the training, nutritional, motivational and mental strategies needed to win in your ultimate physique quest and in all areas of your life.  You are also provided with the weight training workouts I used in my preparation for the Team Universe in conjunction with my personal video instructions of select exercises teaching you proper technique and effective training strategies.
In Part III, you will assess your RESULTS, determine how far you want to take your transformation, and your next steps to proceed.
